One of the largest refineries in Europe decided to purchase a new LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System) named StarLIMS. Once purchased they tried to launch the new platform but due to technical difficulties they had to contact Lightetech.

We did a thorough 2 week assessment of all lab practices, instruments, materials, products, logistics and regulations and came up with a plan on how to populate StarLIMS with all required data, provided training aids and turn the system LIVE.

The whole process took about 4 months and the GO LIVE was executed in 3 phases, each about 2 weeks apart but was a highly successful roll out with minimum to no issues.
